Rodrigo Santelices is a lawyer who has worked in civil legal services since coming to New York City, in 2006. Rodrigo has also contributed to the work of various organizations advocating for immigrants, indigenous people and human rights in Australia and New York City. He witnessed the turbulent years of the Pinochet regime in Chile, which shaped his commitment to social transformation through organizing and civil disobedience. Since 2011, Rodrigo has worked as a housing attorney defending tenants facing eviction in the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan.
