Marty is a license Professional Civil and Environmental Engineer in Louisiana and New York, a certified hazardous materials manager, certified Passive House designer, and task group lead in the development of an ASTM standard practice on infrastructure management. He is currently employed with NYC as a chemical remediation manager. He also teaches a course in land value capture at the Henry George School of Social Science and is a frequent panelist on topical issue seminars at the school. He is currently contributing to a book about Henry George in the 21st Century, a paper on the Economics of Cooperation.
